Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. During holidays, sales, or special events, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $8.99 on all orders under $100

  • FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $100 or more (before taxes)

Shipping discounts are automatically applied at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available at select store locations. If available, this option will appear at checkout. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Emporium@C is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. Emporium@C is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, weather conditions, holidays, or other carrier-related issues. If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, email us at store@emporiumatc.net.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging so we can assist you.
